Indie Projects Asia is a platform where indie builders in Asia can showcase their bootstrapped projects, connect with other builders, and share progress. The Platform provides profile pages, project listings, and community features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including project descriptions, images, and profile information. By posting content, you grant Indie Projects Asia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or misleading information
• Is harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
• Contains sexual violence or sexually exploitative material
• Promotes hate speech, incites violence, or targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Impersonates another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely breach these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Scrape or collect user data without consent
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability
